Welcome to Royaa. By registering or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Royaa operates an AI-powered service that reads your incoming emails and automatically replies to them on your behalf, based on the company information and documents you provide.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Royaa, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Are authorized to connect and use the email accounts you link to the platform
- Have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy
2. Description of Service
Royaa allows you to:
- Connect your email accounts (Google / Microsoft) to the platform via secure OAuth
- Upload documents and files describing your business, tone of voice, and response guidelines
- Leverage AI to automatically read incoming messages and send replies on your behalf
- Review outgoing replies and manage them from your dashboard
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when registering
- Not use the service to send spam, phishing emails, or fraudulent communications
- Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or technically abuse the platform
- Not violate the privacy or rights of others through the service
- Comply with applicable email laws and regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
- Inform recipients where legally required that replies may be automated
4. Uploaded Content
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. By uploading, you grant Royaa a limited license to use that content exclusively for operating the service. Royaa does not claim any ownership rights over your data.
⚠️ Do not upload documents containing sensitive personal data of third parties without obtaining their prior consent.
5. AI Replies & Liability
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Replies generated by Royaa are created by an AI and may not always be perfect or accurate
- You are legally responsible for all replies sent from your connected email account
- We recommend reviewing sensitive or high-stakes replies before they are sent
- Royaa is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from inaccurate automated replies
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Royaa operates on a monthly or annual subscription model. The following terms apply:
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Payments for completed billing periods are non-refundable
- Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the paid period
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice
7. Suspension & Termination
Royaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately in the event of:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspected fraudulent or harmful activity
- A valid request from legal authorities
- Non-payment of subscription fees
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Royaa does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, and is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the Royaa platform — including code, design, branding, and trademarks — are owned by Royaa. Use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights over these elements.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution. If that fails, disputes will be referred to the competent legal authorities.
